There was a news that in India more jobs in IT sector is going to be generated in a one or two years. When I was in college at that time also same news was spread.And at that time we left physics,chemistry,biology and ran behind the Java and Windows.
But when we come to the market every one was saying recession,recession and recession. But there was no recession for managers and company owners. Have you ever thought that if each farmer of India starts growing potato then would you be able to eat rice,wheat or onion,tomato ? But we are different because we take decisions without thinking and starts growing potato and the time comes when gunny-bags become costlier than the potatoes.In the same way if every one goes to IT then we will be paid like labors.Some people says that this IT is generating more jobs than any other sector.Agree,But do you know that construction work also generates more employments,laborers job.The difference is ,you will work in air-condition and they are working in sunlight.
Why we do not want to become scientist or why we are not going for research ? Because we are not intelligent or we have no brains,wrong? From the childhood we have learnt study for money, so this thinking is taking us to the wrong direction. Do you know that if you invent something and take the patent of that you will earn whole life?
Have you ever thought that if J-Bardeen hadn't invented the transistor,then what would have happened to the electronics market.
The invention of one man has generated so much of employment so why we are not thinking to invent ? If you think in a right direction then you come to know that in near future there will be shortage of best people in physics,chemistry, accounts,biology,botany and all.Much more subjects we have than computer.We are having IT industry for past 20 years and we have not developed any Operating System.And China have developed there Operating System and we are thinking that we are competing China.If ever you have studied history,which I am sure you haven't,In past we have the best mathematicians and physicist and I am
sure you have heard it from Manoj Kumar (purab or paschim).
The britishers came and they engaged us in growing cotton,Indigo and in mining.And they become the best in studying.Now they have engaged us in collecting payments,repairing their issues and selling their products.And again they are studying.Remember NASA is still in USA not in India.Now some people will say our engineers are working there.But dear,others are working not you,and in a billion people 300-400 are working there that doesn't matters.And again we will work there and if time will come only USA can sell the land on Moon,not we.I really feel bad if I see none of we are thinking about farming as it is one of the basic need in our life.One of my friend says that white men always say "we are the farmers "in a proud way but we feel shy even thinking about the farming.
I have started thinking and implementing.Do you still need more time ?

Organized farming is the way to go and if you do proper investments at the correct place, you can earn a decent living in farming also, you will just have to be prepared for the social reactions.
